Key Responsibilities:
• Support and mentor salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead impactful large-scope projects for the site
• Build productivity plans through careful forecasting
• Manage safety, quality, and delivery expectations
• Collaborate with support teams to meet business goals
Requirements:
• 3+ years in employee management and performance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends
• 1+ years in performance metrics or process improvement
• Ability to lift 49 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
