About You
You may be a strong fit if you have:
• 5+ years of professional experience in leadership, HR, organizational development, consulting, business operations, project management, coaching, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• A genuine interest in leadership, psychology, and personal development
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• The capacity to consistently dedicate 15–20 hours per week
