Your Role:
At the Heart of the Chain
Core Duties:
Assistin unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
Support andassistshipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Support and maintenance warehouse systems and ensure operational efficiency.
Process returns and complete required documentationin accordance withSOPs
Handle customer pickups and (front deskassistanceto customer)
Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams
Escalatespecial casesto management when needed
Print labels and prepare required documentation
Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments
Prepare daily reports andmaintainaccuraterecords
Collaborate with Operations teams to uphold quality standards
Complete supervisor-assigned tasks asrequired
Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
Comply withall Health & Safety protocols
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.
