Summary
The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the operations team across inventory, logistics, production, and purchasing functions. This role helps maintain accurate ERP data, coordinates shipments and inventory movements, tracks operational KPIs, and supports process improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory control and ERP data accuracy
- Coordinate shipments, transfers, and freight bookings
- Assist with purchasing follow-up and vendor communication
- Support production scheduling and operational paperwork
- Help maintain operational KPIs and reports
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory investigations
- Organize and maintain operational documentation and procedures
- Provide administrative and coordination support to operations leadership
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel and ERP/software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- 0–3 years experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or administrative support role
