​Supply Chain Oversight: Monitor the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure no disruptions to store inventory.

​Market Trend Analysis: Maintain detailed Excel tracking of chicken weights and price trends to forecast and manage market fluctuations.

​Vendor Negotiations: Periodically review supplier contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality for the franchise network.

​Franchise & Corporate Operations

​Stakeholder Meetings: Lead regular meetings with franchisees and suppliers to align on brand goals and operational changes.

​Operational Audits: Conduct weekly field inspections (minimum of two stores per week) to ensure strict adherence to brand standards.

​Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all locations follow provincial health, safety, and labor regulations across Canada.

​Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to the Head Office based on store visits and audit findings.

​Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of communication between store managers, franchisees, and the corporate office.

​Marketing & Sales Strategy

​Promotional Development: Design and distribute new promotional flyers every two months to drive customer traffic.

​Sales Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses of sales data and "product velocity" to determine which items are performing well.

​Local Store Marketing: Assist franchisees in implementing local marketing initiatives to grow their specific territory.

​Menu Engineering: Suggest adjustments to the menu or pricing based on the recorded price trends and sales velocity.

​Financial & Business Consulting

​P&L Consultation: Review Profit & Loss statements with franchisees to identify areas for cost savings (e.g., reducing food waste or optimizing labor).

​Profitability Coaching: Provide actionable advice to franchise owners to improve their bottom-line margins.

​Growth Planning: Assist in the operational setup and "New Store Opening" (NSO) process for upcoming locations.
