Join a team as an Onsite ATE Support Coach, providing critical assistance during healthcare go-lives. This role requires you to support clinicians in real-time and address questions within Cerner.
You will provide both onsite and remote support throughout the critical phases of system adoption. You’ll be responsible for identifying technical or training issues and guiding teams through best practices in a clinical setting. Flexibility for day and night shifts during the go-live period is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver immediate support to clinical staff
• Address documentation concerns related to Cerner
• Identify and elevate technical or training issues
• Reinforce system best practices and safety
• Record and escalate recurring questions in the system
Requirements:
• Experience with acute care workflow in healthcare
• Hands-on support experience with Cerner
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for site transitions
• Arrive in Halifax 48 hours before the shift
