As our business continues to grow, we are adding both full time and part time positions to our team with very flexible hours.

What you’ll do:

As an Oil Change Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will help drive the continued success of GCOC by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.

Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently.

Contribute to a fun team atmosphere.

Master products, services, and company knowledge.

Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.

Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What you will need to succeed:

English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Care about the customer experience as this job involves interaction with the customer 75% of the time.

Take pride in the quality of workmanship as we are trusted to deliver a consistent experience.

Have an open mind and willing to learn new procedures and processes.

Be able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team or independently.

Be reliable, punctual and have a flawless attendance record.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and climb stairs.

You can occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

We are located at 5 Main Street East, Milton, Ontario. Our hours of operation currently are:

Mon – Fri: 08:00am – 06:00pm

Sat: 08:00 – 04:00pm

Sun: closed.
