Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment.

This position is located at 2450 Lancaster Rd, Ottawa, ON, K1B 5N3 Canada
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure high-quality production
Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses(Must Name Presses Worked on)
Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
$ 24.50 to 33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
