We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office/Warehouse Clerk to join our team. Your time will be split between the Warehouse and helping in the Office. You will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, packaging, managing inventory, shipping and receiving & scheduling shipments.

Assisting in the Office would include answering phones, checking and returning emails , filing and processing Invoices and data entry. You would be responsible for covering days off/holidays in the Office.

“`Responsibilities“`
– Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
– Manage inventory using excel spreedsheets
– Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents
– Assist in Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
– Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

– Answer phone calls, emails

-Process Invoices on Sage Accounting

-Filing

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Some Warehouse knowledge in shipping and receiving procedures
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Office Knowledge of basic accounting is an asset on the Simply Accounting Sage Program

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
