Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, great communication skills, punctual, not afraid to deal with customers on the phone or in person and very organized.

The purpose of this role is to greet visitors creating a favorable experience, answer phone calls, direct inquires to the appropriate advisors and to support billing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assist departments administratively: data entry, creating spreadsheets and organizing files.

Collect and process payments and record client interactions

Manage supplies if items are low

Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence

Perform reception duties, open incoming mail, clerical procedures, and manage files and records

Additional duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.87-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
