Full job description

At Sash + Bustle we strive to create a personalized shopping experience to suit the needs of every individual client. Your main role as the Office/Operations Assistant is to work in tandem with our Operations Manager to represent our standard in quality checking gowns, client communication, ensuring all supplies needed and stocked appropriately. Additionally, the Office/Operations Assistant will aid in monitoring the daily schedule, and ensure that the S+B team is appropriately supported when needed.

Shipping and receiving bridal gowns and following up with clients on their special orders

Answering the phone and general inquires; support the S+B team when necessary

Receiving packages and deliveries, quality checking garments and contacting clients to Pick up in a timely manner

Monitoring the schedule, booking appointments as well as monitoring for accurate appointment information

What we are looking for…

You thrive in an intimate and fast-paced environment and are very confident when working alone. You pride yourself in having professional communication skills and are able to confidently handle quality control and inventory/stock supply adeptly. You have an interest in learning more about bridal fashion and the world of operations. You are a true self-starter who is patient, organized and takes pride in being able to multi-task. You enjoy working for a small independent business and have motivation to contribute and improve your workplace.

You’ll need to have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in Fashion industry

Willingness to work in the evenings

Even better if you have:

Experience working in administration, operations and or inventory

Experience or enthusiasm to be in the bridal industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
