This hands-on role requires you to set up the office infrastructure from scratch. Responsibilities include sourcing furniture and equipment, coordinating the office move, and establishing business essentials like a website and printed materials. You will also maintain daily operations, support the executive team as an Executive Assistant, and organize team events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and furnish the office space from top to bottom

• Coordinate the office move and logistics involved

• Establish business infrastructure including tech and branding

• Maintain operational efficiency and office management

• Support executive team and organize social activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office management and setup

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• Experience with vendor management and tech setups

• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
