Office Manager Position
Gold Rain Processors, operating in Bashaw, runs a Grain Elevator and a Seed cleaning plant, engaging in International Trading, Grain cleaning, and transloading.
Join our team as an Office Manager overseeing vital aspects of our operations. Responsibilities include coordinating Phytosanitary certificate applications with CFIA, managing sample grading and grain analysis through SGS, and facilitating communication with producers, plant managers, and clients for loading, receiving, and cleaning scheduling. The role extends to account payable management, Canadian National Railway coordination for grain car orders and Bill of Lading issuance, as well as handling regulatory processes such as CFIA Canadian Grain Sampling Program and Canadian Grain Commission License applications.
In addition to these key responsibilities, we are looking for a candidate proficient in MS Word and Excel, possessing excellent communication skills, adept at organizing tasks efficiently, and familiar with using Google Drive. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and bring substantial experience in office administration.
