Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

– Oversee, coordinate, and administer employee schedules.

– Handle human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

– Manage office budgets and expenses.

– Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

– Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

– Assist clients and resolve problems.

Qualifications:

– Experience in the service industry.

– Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.

– Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks.

– Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.

– Familiarity with human resources processes and practices.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

– Proficient with technology and is a quick learner.
