Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Handle budgeting and financial management tasks
– Assist with human resources duties, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
– Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
– Implement and maintain effective filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
– Utilize phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls
– Proficiently use QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting
Experience:
– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), Quick books
– Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
– Experience in supervising and managing a team
– Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
