Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Starting Salary: $20/hour

& Marketer to support daily office operations while assisting with marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day office administration and operations.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Support recruitment and staffing activities as needed.

Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.

Maintain and update company databases and records.

Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.

Support lead generation and client outreach initiatives.

Maintain professional relationships with clients, candidates, and vendors.
Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or marketing preferred.

Sales experience is considered a strong asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
