We’re looking for a temporary Office Assistant at our Kelowna location, offering 18 months of valuable experience. If you’re self-motivated and detail-oriented, this role is for you.

In this position, you’ll assist with various administrative duties while providing excellent service to clients. Working five days a week, you’ll handle tasks like reception, clerical documentation, and file management. Your organizational skills will be essential in keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties and logistics

• Obtain and document information from clients

• Type correspondence and reports accurately

• Sort and process incoming mail

• Maintain organized files for easy access

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum grade 12 education

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Must type at least 35 words per minute

• Valid consent for a criminal record check
