Responsibilities:
Enter invoices with accuracy.
Reconcile banks and other accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual monthly operating statements
Assist with audits
Keep track of inventory
Post month end entries
Create new processes to improve operational efficiency
Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping is better.
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset.
General Ledger account reconciliation
Other account reconciliation
Working on monthly billing report
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
