We roast high-quality green beans for our specialty coffee made in-house. We are looking to hire a full-time permanent administrative assistant to add to our dynamic team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is a strong communicator, multitasker, and team player.
Responsibilities involved:
Daily phone and email communications
Scheduling meetings and interviews
Menu management
Inventory control
Order placing
Data copying
SEO on company website
Miscellaneous daily tasks
Qualifications
Must have:
Full-time availability to work Monday-Friday 9-5 PM.
The ability to commute to our office in Port Coquitlam
Strong communication skills
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
Shopify skills are an asset
Fluency in Korean is an asset
