Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office administration.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the front desk point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
– Manage human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits
– Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee hours and wages
– Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
– Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
– Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
– Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to manage financial transactions and generate reports
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Oversee vendor management including contract negotiations and relationship management

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in office administration or a related field
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus
