We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our sales and operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records, reports, and other key data.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare reports and assist with order tracking.
  • Review and update open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous office administration experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Syspro is considered an asset.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
