Full job description
Interwest Mechanical is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for an assortment of tasks that support the needs of multiple departments. We offer competitive wages, RSP contributions as well as a comprehensive benefit package.
Responsibilities:
Basic A/P and A/R functions: matching PO’s to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, prepare monthly billings and posting to business system
General administration: arrange couriers, conduct data entry, order office supplies, and general filing
Submit biweekly timesheets to payroll for hourly paid staff
Help receive and process all inbound mail, packages and couriers
Help with front reception: redirecting phone and email inquiries, taking messages
Cross train for dispatcher role within the service department.
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, Jonas Software and has previous office experience and/or post-secondary schooling
Strong organizational skills, significant use of memory and detail orientated.
Reliable and great work ethic
A motivated, friendly, and composed, team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to promote a positive work atmosphere.

Monday to Friday
8:00 – 4:30
Salary:
Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
