Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience with medical or dental offices is a plus, but not mandatory. The Office Administrator will be a key point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office supplies
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping
  • Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars effectively
  • Support administrative functions such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining office protocols
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience in construction offices is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with filing systems, document management, and basic bookkeeping or bookkeeping software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.00-$30.00 per hour
