– Assist with vendor management and coordination
– Prepare reports, and other documents as required
– Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing
– Provide general administrative support to staff members

– Proven experience in an office administration or similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
– Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
