About us

Mangi Law Corporation is professional legal services provider in the areas of Immigration law, Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law.

Office Administrator

Duties:
– Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and equipment
– Maintain and organize office files and documents
– Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
– Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person
– Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
– Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong problem-solving skills
