Full job description
Simplicity Car Care Woodstock is currently looking for an administration officer to join our team. We seek a knowledgeable and dynamic individual capable of completing assigned tasks in an expedient manner while working independently. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years full cycle bookkeeping and A/P experience using QuickBooks. The motivated individual must have a positive attitude and a clear, pleasant telephone manner to perform duties. This team player must be friendly, outgoing, and organized with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare T4 statements and other statements
– Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans
– Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection
– Prepare monthly statements
– Greet customers, provide administrative support to the office staff and technician team
– Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
– Handle incoming and outgoing packages
