Full job description
Busy Lumber Remanufacturing/ Kiln drying facility looking for Full Time Office Administrator to start immediately.
Duties to include:
· Perform data entry of lumber tallies into the LISAC2 inventory program
· Prepare and relay customer shipping instructions to forklift driver for prepping
· Communicate with customers and dispatchers regarding orders and inventory issues
· Verifying accuracy of all documentation
· Administration of payroll using Paymate program
· A/P & A/R using Sage 300
· General office duties i.e. ordering office supplies, answering phones and emails, filing etc.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the LISAC2 inventory program as well as have experience in payroll and A/P & A/R. This job requires a person with initiative and the ability to multi-task. Able to work without supervision and have strong organizational skills are required. The ability to handle stressful situations and remain cool and calm is also a must.
Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook) an asset. Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written as well as excellent time management skills.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm. Minimum 40 hours per week. You will be the main office person so regular attendance is a must.

Starting wage (based on experience) $26 – $30 per hour
