Full job description

SCV Waste Solutionsis looking for an office assistant to join our growing team in our Armstrong location. The office assistant is responsible for:

– General administrative work, including filing, data entry, processing incoming paperwork scanning, photocopying and managing department email inbox.

– Customer service on high volume of customer inquiries.

– Performs data entry of application for various programs.

– Provide clerical support other departments as required

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:

– Ability to prioritize duties

– Ability to work within deadlines

– Proven ability to effectively manage your time and responsibilities.

– Close attention to detail

– Provide prompt, and courteous customer service.

– Maintain an organized working environment

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

– A positive, pleasant, and professional attitude is a must.

The wage for this position is $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
