Airswift is seeking an Occupational Health and HSSE Admin to work with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry in Kitimat, BC on a 6-month contract.
The Occupational Health and HSSE Admin will support the ambition of Company to eliminate or minimize health and safety risks associated with its business activities. Company staff must perform their work duties without limitation and remain fit for duty and in a mental and physical condition that allows them to work safely and productivity.
To assist the Occupational Health and HSSE team, an admin staff member is required, who will be tasked with managing confidential information, booking follow up appointments, managing health screening data in accordance with local legislation and company policies.

You will
use your expertise to: with on site and digital records management with initiating health monitoring programs though data managementemployee medical records to track information on upcoming health screening appointments for audiometric testingappointments for schedules health screening assessments.appointments for fitness to work assessmentsassessment results and received employee documents to Occupational Health Physician and Occupational Health Nursestrict privacy and confidentiality as per legislative requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience with Occupational Health in an administrative role. Working knowledge of Work Safe BC and Worker Compensation Act This role requires that you: be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e., by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit) role is in Kitimat, BC40 hours. per week
