As a Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver health services to various age groups, coordinating care with a focus on Indigenous healing practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary care including assessments and diagnoses
• Collaborate on chronic disease management interventions
• Perform clinical procedures and diagnostic tests
• Coordinate referrals for mental health support
• Lead community health initiatives and workshops
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent NP program
• Valid registration with Ontario’s College of Nurses
• At least 2 years of NP experience preferred
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous health initiatives is a plus
