Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Health Services and working within an integratedmulti-disciplinary team, nurses are required to provide services to adult clients engaged in addiction treatment. This position requires a commitment to a client-centered philosophy and approach to the development, provision and support of Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) programs and services.
The Nurse will demonstrate the following:

Experience
Minimum of one-year experience with individual and group counselling.
Minimum of one-year nursing experience.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Responsible for maintaining and providing proof of active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.
