Patient Experience Coordinator & Client Coordinators
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the patient journey within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, healthcare software proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient service. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating patient interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Prior experience in dental or medical office settings is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with industry-specific workflows and terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic flow.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures while providing excellent customer service.
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient billing, insurance verification, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth communication between patients and providers.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
  • Address patient inquiries promptly, providing information about services, procedures, and office policies.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement improvements to enhance overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a dental or medical office environment, preferably as a dental receptionist or in front desk roles.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience operating multi-line phone systems in a busy office environment.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience with office management or reception duties.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $17.20-$23.66 per hour
