We are actively seeking motivated and experienced OTR (Over-the-Road) Class A Drivers to join our dynamic team! This opportunity allows you to hit the open road, delivering freight across multiple states while enjoying the freedom of long-haul driving & short haul. As a key player in our logistics network, you’ll operate tractor-trailer, including refrigerated, and dry van ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions across extensive routes, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining fuel efficiency and safety standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and cargo to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Handle various types of freight including refrigerated goods, dry van, and other specialized cargo
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, inspections, deliveries, and other required documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on route driving and freight delivery
- Experience handling refrigerated trailers, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to trucking, including DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules
- Strong physical stamina to manage long hours on the road and perform load securement tasks
