PMP Personnel Services is partnering with a food service contractor supporting operations at Camp Grayling and is actively hiring for multiple food service and support positions.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large-scale food service operation supporting military personnel during a high-volume dining project serving thousands of meals over a multi-week period.
We are seeking dependable, team-oriented candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

- DFAC Supervisors | Estimated $28/hr
- Lead Cooks | Estimated $25/hr
- Cooks / Prep Cooks | Estimated $22/hr
- Food Attendants / Servers | Estimated $18/hr
- Dishwashers / Sanitation | Estimated $17/hr
- Runners / Logistics Support | Estimated $20/hr
- Administrative Support | Estimated $22/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and serving food
- Supervising kitchen or dining operations
- Dishwashing and sanitation support
- Inventory and logistics assistance
- Administrative and onboarding support
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Supporting high-volume meal production and service operations
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food service, hospitality, kitchen, or military dining experience preferred for many roles
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to pass required screenings and clearances
Requirements
- Clean background check required
- 5-panel drug screen required
- Food Handler or ServSafe certifications may be required depending on role
- Additional Camp Grayling or state certifications may apply depending on assignment
