Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to promote health and hygiene
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Manage janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Familiarity with custodial procedures and housekeeping management practices
