Key Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
• Operate scales and relevant software for accurate tracking
• Direct visitors and clients efficiently at the site
• Complete daily scale house and inventory reports
• Perform general clerical duties including mailing and faxing
Requirements:
• Ability to work night shifts from 7pm-7am
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Experience in an office setting
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
