PURPOSE
The Night House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and overall appearance of all back of the house areas and certain designated public areas, in a timely and organized manner, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Responsible for performing laundry duties as well as assisting with certain periodical cleaning tasks. Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication skills. Must be able pf the English language – written & verbal.
Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Able to meet the physical demands of the position i.e. extensive walking, frequent bending, stooping & stretching.
Be approachable and demonstrate a friendly demeanour as well as positive attitude.
