In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and ensure timely delivery of goods, primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. Key skills required include the ability to operate flatbed and roll-off trucks, conduct thorough vehicle inspections, and secure loads properly. Your focus will be on safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to our valued partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate flatbed, roll‑off trucks, and tractor trailers
• Conduct vehicle inspections pre-trip and post-trip
• Safely load and unload cargo, securing materials
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours and deliveries
Requirements:
• Proven experience with oversized loads
• Valid AZ Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract
• Knowledge of GTA routes and load securement practices
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills
• Flexibility for night and weekend shifts
