Night Auditor

Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team! We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service that is ready to go above and beyond and wow our guests. The Night Auditor a true ambassador for the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites. Our Night Auditor support our team and guests, and balance our daily operations while providing exceptional service to our guests and upholding all manner of brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Balancing of the day’s business for all areas of the hotel accurately and timely;
• End of day procedures for all systems
• Data entry in Westmont Electronic Reporting
• Handling of late arrivals and early departures;
• Production and distribution of daily reports in a timely manner required;
• Ensuring all guest room rates are correct and balanced;
• Ensuring all Food & Beverage revenues are balanced and posted
• Guest Service Agent responsibilities, as required;
• Daily Cash Deposits
• Full knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures;
• Other duties as assigned
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotel environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective problem solving skills

This position involves overnights & weekends at this time and preference will be given to candidates with previous experience.
