RESPONSIBILITIES
Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
Perform daily reporting using computerized and manual systems
Answer enquiries regarding guest services and registration of guests by letter, e-mail, telephone or in person
Answering phone calls and attending to guest inquiries
Assist with breakfast, host/hostess job duties as needed
Providing courteous assistance to guests and team members as needed
Report to work on time, well groomed, in uniform, with appropriate footwear, with nametag, ready to work and always wearing a smile
Completion of all required training
Organizing your time effectively and efficiently
Follow all standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Working closely with the housekeeping team and help with laundry as necessary
Communicate all matters pertaining to the well-being of the hotel, guests and team members
Uphold safeguard and promote the highest standards of ethics, integrity and social responsibility
Other duties relevant to the position shall be assigned as required

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
