Are you a recent graduate ready to begin your career in real estate with purpose and ambition? This program provides real responsibility, exposure, and growth, launching a long‑term career with a respected real‑estate organization.
Your First Chapter:
Real Estate in Action
As a Leasing Agent, you will:
- Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
- Build rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate options from CLV’s portfolio.
- Conduct engaging in‑person and virtual tours that display strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Guide future residents through the full leasing process from initial interaction to move‑in.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators.
Beyond leasing, you will build market intelligence by studying communities, competitors, and resident trends to understand demand drivers and inform organizational strategy.

Requirements
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Daily presence within our communities; evening and weekend shifts are expected.
- High‑performing graduate, ambitious, curious, and eager to learn.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Compensation
Approximate salary range $45,000 – $48,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Top performers may earn $60,000 – $70,000 yearly. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, education, professional designations, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
