Key Responsibilities:
• Improve team performance through hands-on coaching sessions
• Engage in constructive feedback and 1:1 meetings
• Inspire and motivate your team to exceed GWP targets
• Conduct daily huddles and maintain service accuracy
• Help brokers navigate complex risks with sound judgment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial insurance
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Valid provincial broker’s license, RIBO preferred
• Proven experience in performance management
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
