We are seeking a Neuroscientist to help design the scientific foundation behind this new product and translate neuroscience into meaningful, real-world consumer insights.
About the Role
As a Neuroscientist, you will play a key role in shaping how brain science and human physiology are integrated into our wearable ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, and wellness teams to define metrics, interpret biometric signals, and create scientifically grounded insights that improve users’ mental and emotional well-being.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the neuroscience strategy behind a next-generation wearable wellness product
· Define key brain-related and cognitive wellness metrics (stress, focus, sleep quality, recovery)
· Translate complex neuroscience data into actionable consumer insights and product features
- Collaborate with engineers on signal interpretation and model development
· Contribute to algorithm design related to cognitive performance and emotional regulation
· Support validation studies, research design, and scientific credibility of the product
· Help shape how users understand and improve their mental and neurological health
What We’re Looking For
· PhD in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field preferred
· Strong understanding of brain function, cognition, sleep science, and stress physiology
· Experience working with biometric data, wearable technology, or health tech is a strong plus
· Ability to translate scientific research into practical product applications
· Strong collaboration skills across engineering, and design teams
· Passion for consumer wellness, preventative health, and innovation
Nice to Have
· Experience in neurotech, digital health, or wearable devices
· Background in sleep research or stress/cognitive performance studies
· Experience with machine learning or computational neuroscience
· Prior startup or product development experience

Job Details
· Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)
· Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
· Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)
