Network Security Engineer – Palo Alto & Cloud
Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and cloud network security (AWS/Azure). This role focuses on securing and operating enterprise-scale network environments across on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Configure and support Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire, IPS/IDS)
- Deploy and manage cloud network security solutions in AWS and Azure
- Configure and optimize F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, APM, ASM)
- Troubleshoot network, firewall, and performance issues across environments
- Manage routing and switching in enterprise network environments
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Network Security / Network Infrastructure
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire, IPS/IDS)
- Cloud networking & security (AWS and Azure)
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, APM, ASM)
- Solid understanding of:
- LAN / WAN technologies
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Subnetting, VLANs
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Cisco routing & switching
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
- Hands-on experience in Network Access Control (NAC / Forescout)
- Strong background in enterprise routing & switching environments
