This role plays a key part in translating strategic clinical operations objectives into scalable, high-performing network execution across the Canadian market. You will be responsible for building, expanding, and managing a high-quality provider network that ensures consistent service delivery for global clients. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of clinical providers. The position requires strong operational leadership, with a focus on ensuring compliance, optimizing capacity, and maintaining service quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clinical and country leadership teams to support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role where operational excellence directly enables access to mental health services at scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of clinical providers, ensuring alignment with quality standards and operational needs.
- Manage contracting, rate negotiations, and integration of new affiliate providers into the network.
- Oversee network capacity planning, expansion initiatives, and retention strategies to meet service level agreements and demand requirements.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics such as recruitment funnels, onboarding timelines, and network utilization rates.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network operations.
- Support clinical governance activities, including audits, case reviews, and complaint resolution related to network providers.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical training to ensure provider alignment with clinical and operational standards.
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to execute network optimization and strategic improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within healthcare or clinical environments.
- Proven experience in managing, scaling, or optimizing provider or service delivery networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive operational decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities.
