As an Intermediate Network Analyst in the IT Security Infrastructure and Assets Operations team at National Bank, you’ll be an expert in resolving network incidents as well as carrying out various change requests. In this job, you’ll have apositive impacton our organization thanks to your network incident resolution skills and your knowledge of Cisco, F5, CheckPoint and AWS platforms, etc.
Your role
Manage simple to complex network incidents
Process various network operational requests in a timely manner
Oversee alerts from the various monitoring systems
Ensure the stability of environments and their use
Keep the CMDB up to date when changes are made to the environment
Help remediate security issues
Implement the firewall rules previously approved by the security team
Your team
As part of the IT and Operations sector, you’ll be on a large team of 15 colleagues and you’ll report to Manager, IT Telecommunications Management. Our team stands out for its versatility and ourcollaborationboth internally and with other teams. We offer 24/7 support for the entire Bank with the help of our team in Thailand.

Prerequisites
Solidproblem resolutionexperience in a Cisco environment
Very good knowledge of network technologies/concepts (Switch, Router, firewalls, network accelerators, VPN, load distributor (F5), DNS, Proxy, QoS)
Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.)
Experience in the financial services sector an asset
Excellent ability to work in complex environments and grasp complex technological concepts
CCNA certification, an asset
ITIL certification an asset
Verbal and writtencommunication skills
Independent andresults-oriented
