In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in engaging youth and community partners. Your responsibilities will include facilitating volunteer readiness workshops and providing individual coaching to help participants excel in non-profit environments. You will also develop outreach strategies tailored to diverse community needs, ensuring program success and fulfilling contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to recruit eligible youth participants
• Facilitate interactive youth workshops and group sessions
• Build partnerships with non-profit organizations
• Document participant progress and engagement
• Plan community events to promote program awareness
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in outreach or community engagement
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Indigenous youth programs is beneficial
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
