Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Transmission Line group
• Bridge Operations and Business Line management effectively
• Represent BBA at industry conferences and working groups
• Drive client relationships and lead strategic proposals
• Oversee project resource allocation and balance the order backlog
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in overhead transmission engineering
• Licensed P.Eng. in a Canadian province
• Expertise in PLS-CADD and project leadership
• Proven business development track record
• Ability to mentor and develop technical teams
