We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in the mechanical systems / HVAC / hydronics solutions space, supporting commercial and industrial applications across Canada.

They are looking to bring on a National Sales Account Manager to lead and grow their presence This is a high-impact role focused on a blend of new business development, strategic enterprise sales, and account management working closely with engineering firms, distributors, and contractor networks, helping influence specifications and drive product adoption in long-cycle, project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy across assigned territories in Canada
  • Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with engineering firms, consultants, distributors, and contractors
  • Manage and grow enterprise-level accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Support product adoption through technical presentations, training, and specification development
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, or related mechanical systems industry
  • Ability to travel across Canada is mandatory
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and project-based selling
  • Strong network within engineering/specifier and contractor communities

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
  • On-Target Earnings: ~$200,000
