Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals and improve overall performance
- Lead, motivate, and supervise site managers and staff to foster a high-performance work environment
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth within existing markets and exploring new markets
- Coordinate cross-site projects to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and promote best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform decision-making
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to meet operational demands
- Facilitate communication between sites to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in sales and business development with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue streams
- Strong background in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Leadership experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations or departments
- Supervising experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing staff members
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
